You have an excellent model in the Messenger of Allah, for all who put their hope in Allah and the Last Day and remember Allah much. (Surat al-Ahzab: 21)
Today March 14, 2010, I decided to write an article on the values and ethics of Prophet Muhammad (SAAW-Peace be upon him). Prophet Muhammad (SAAW-Peace be upon him) was real role model for us as far as ethics, moral principles, values, behavior and attributes are concerned. These days very few muslims follow his conduct. Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) possessed numerous virtues. Some of them are discussed in this article.
Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) was the most kind and compassionate to people. The Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) was a thoughtful man. He was full of love and understanding. He took interest in the physical and spiritual problems of all people around him. These features of the Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) are an example for all of humanity. The Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) was very kind and polite. Some of those who surrounded the Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) were ill-mannered and brute. They were thoughtless and cruel people. The Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) was very kind, polite and civilized. The prophet treated such people with the greatest tolerance and patience.
His gentleness made him an excellent example for all believers People especially Muslims need to try to imitate the behavior and the ethics of the Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh). Those Muslims who follow the way of the Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) need to give foremost importance to their values, behavior and qualities, and to invite others to adopt that same values, behavior and qualities. The Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) displayed great tolerance to people around him. Throughout his life; however, he showed an interest in reforming people’s mistakes and tried to educate them in all matters.
Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) displayed great justice. He asked people to show tolerant attitude towards other religions, languages, races and tribes. He asked his follower not to discriminate between rich and poor, and treat everybody equally; Allah’s Messenger Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) is a great example to all of mankind. Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) taught to give great importance to external cleanliness Similarly he taught purity of heart and values, behavior and qualities. The prophet emphasized great value to the cleanliness of their bodies, clothes, homes and the food they eat. He asked muslims to keep their hair, hands, face and body clean. Prophet Muhammad (saaw-pbuh) was the best example of these characteristics.
Ramadan, a month of fasting, is considered great holy month in Muslims. People become very good Muslims in this month by fasting and praying. I noted in Tajpura that mosques are filled with prayers. They fast and reach to mosques early in the morning.
Here I want to tell that people deeds, behavior and conduct are more important than fasting. My statement is verified by the versus of holy Quran and saying of Holy prophet.
Muslims should consider this month an opportunity for noble deeds. People must show patience and tolerance. People should leave all types of crimes and sins like murders, terrorism, thefts, bribery, coercion, and exploitation. They should leave harassment and behave in best of manners. Such people will go to heaven who respect and regard this holy month by improving their deeds and behavior. Unfortunately, use of obscene abusive language is part of street culture and general conversation of the people of Lahore. Foul mouthed people call names as part of their language and general conversation. Name callers use obscene language in order to terrify others. Unfortunately, name callers are considered powerful people. Often such people call names to other people in their absence. However, civilized and educated people use better language. I witnessed better language in people conversation in other parts of country like Tarbela Dam, and Islamabad. I never used obscene or abusive language during my life.
Other bad thing is this that many people never return money once they take for any purpose. It is even worse crime and exploitation. Such attitude is diminishing faith and trust in humanity.
These days there are few society reform institutions. Good and noble people and intellectuals have little power and time to reform society. Media, press, school, colleges, universities and academies should play their role in reforming Pakistani society. Educational institutions should provide education of ethics and civilized behavior to their students.

Quiting smoking tips
If you're reading this, you probably know how hard it is to quit smoking. While there are some helpful medications or alternatives to smoking available out there, there are also some extra tips that you can follow to make your attempt to quit smoking more successful. In this article, I won't discuss nicotine alternatives and so forth, but some of the little things that you can do:
Avoid associations: You'll notice something about wanting to smoke: if you're somewhere where you often have smoked, you'll want to smoke more. Our imagination moves from one connection to another, so if something reminds us of something, we're more likely to want it. If you want to quit smoking, it is often helpful to avoid situations where you used to smoke. That can bring on a desire for a cigarette.
Avoid smokers: Nothing makes a smoker want to smoke more than seeing someone else smoke or smelling someone else smoking. Of course, I'm not saying to avoid your best friends, but it's best to avoid any other situations where smoke is around, like in bars or comedy halls.
Put something in your mouth: Part of smoking habit is the habit of having something constantly in your mouth. Once you stop smoking, your mouth will suddenly feel empty. It's a good idea to have something else in your mouth instead, so that you don't have this part of the craving. This can be anything from chewing gum, to a toothpick. Don't use an unlit cigarette, though.
Have a buddy: Quitting is a lot easier if you try to do it with someone else. It keeps you accountable, so that you can't just fall off the wagon and have no one know about it. Find another smoker who really wants to quit (there are millions), and have a short chat, about five minutes, about how you're doing each day.
Pakistan’s political instability
My name is Affan Ahmed. And I live in Pakistan which is under a lot of terrorist attacks, done by the external powers. A lot of innocent people are dying in these days due to these suicide attacks in public or crowded places. Terror has prevailed amongst the people. They are highly terrified coming on the road. Our officials are failed to promote peace because no corrective actions has been taken place yet here in Pakistan.
Our politicians are not taking strategic prominent action and not paying any attention to any aspect that are currently occurring in Pakistan like security threats, inflation , sugar crises, gas crises, electricity crises and different powers are creating impediments in the progress of Pakistan? But our politician seems to be busy in resolving their inter-conflicts issues amongst the parties to achieve further power and more money.
Pakistan is gradually loosing integrity in this world; either it is sports or politics. And still no response from the officials of Pakistan in resolving these issues. Every new leader comes and promises to give everything which is required for the benefits of Pakistan and common citizen of this country. But they are badly failed fulfill our needs because once they entered into democracy they start filling their pockets. They start working for their own benefits and power. Our Officials are badly failed to promote peace in Pakistan. Because of this reason People are migrating from Pakistan. This is the highly sensitive condition of Pakistan.
Now a very important aspect that is demolishing Pakistan reputation. We are under terrorist attack, people are unnecessarily dying but still we are being called Terrorist? Why is that so? This is the big question to be answered? This is the indication that Pakistan is having very ill reputation around the world. Whenever we go for a foreign visit people ask weird question about our country that should be answered by our politician, because they are having authority to run this country and they are responsible of the current situation of Pakistan. Not even a single official showing any corrective action or strategic decision for the benefit of Pakistan. They don’t let go any chance to earn black money.
Judicial system is extremely demolished, Thousands of cases are pending. People are in prison and being interrogated for many and many years for nothing. People who have reference can survive in this country. Our law and order system failed to give justice to common people. I personally have experienced dealing with these people. Unless u pay bribe or if you don’t have power you can’t pursue your official work. How we would able to survive in this bad law and order system? (If a common person proved to be guilty they are caught by the police but if the same blunder done by thy politicians they are not responsible to answer someone). Why our judicial system does not take immediate action against our Politician? Why this so discrimination if commandment applies on both?
When we talk about Pakistan is under crises we put all the blame on our politician. We never look into our self. Every person has certain responsibility towards this country. And that should be completed with honesty and sincerity. We should realize our responsibility for our country. That is how we can create revolution into our country.
On the contrary our Media is providing vital role to successfully disclose politician internal matters, their attitudes their every action in front of public. They are providing updates of every current affair from all around the world to every citizen of this country. This is the true way of communication amongst each other. Media is spreading the common voice of people to high officials of Pakistan because a simple common man only can access through media. If we try to utilize this power so we can promote our voice through media that goes in the favor of Pakistan or in the favor of a common man. But we are so busy in our daily life routines and activities that this work is neglected so far. But now we have to raise our voice if we want to clean our country from these bacteria.

Electricity crises in Pakistan
Every one seems to be talking about Electricity, sui gas,flour,water...... these are very core issues that we are currently facing at very intense manner.....And still there is not seems to be any improvisation from goverment side....The ordinary Pakistanis, middle and lower class in particular, are suffering through these crises (making their daily lives a misery) which, unfortunately, have got very little attention from our goverment...... There are many areas of old city which are often without any electricity, gas or water for entire day in this extremely cold weather...Specially electricity goes off after 1 hour and we have to sit in candle night(except for the 5% who have generaters....and usually spend time in darkness..Electricity specially creating problem for students...who cant be able to stude in darkness..There have been difficult situations since the creation of Pakistan but I don’t think ever before so many crises have hit us in such quick succession. During last two years, particularly, we have seen nothing but crises, one after the other, and not a single one handled properly by government. On most occasions, authorities could have controlled situation by better management and strict administration. but they are putting pakistan into corner....Everyone seems to be interested in power but no one making plans to resolve the basic problems that are occuring in pakistan..Every person is making money for there self interst and no one is looking towards the core issues in pakistan..
The demand for electricity in Pakistan during the winter months actually goes down and this winter has not been an exception. Throughout the month of December, the electricity consumption in Pakistan hovered around 11,000 MW, down from the peak levels of 17,500 MW seen in summer. This demand was well within the installed capacity of WAPDA & KESC yet they were only generating a meager one third (6500MW) of their maximum capacity during this period leaving a huge gap between supply and demand. Their are two main reasons for this:
1. The water flow from all major dams was halted starting mid December to allow the annual cleaning of canals in January. This action effectively took all the hydro power off line.
2. The thermal power plants were working far below their potential due to the lack of money caused by the circular debt between various government agencies reaching a staggering 400 billion Rupees
Nobody is coming forward from government authorities, explaining the cause of, for example the flour crisis, and informing public on the actions being taken to improve the situation. Most of u must be aware of about an interview that was given by the Mr. Musharraf on Geo and highlighted the point that he doesn’t interfere at all in government operations and the only things he looks after is the war against terrorism and the future power needs of Pakistan. I am sure many of you remember the presentations and news clip from aiwan-e-sadr (Presidential Palace) which used to appear on news channels daily and then the press briefings with claims of new dams (including Kala Bagh dam) to be built and a plan has been made to fulfill Pakistan’s power needs for next 20 years. So, what happened to our tax money that has been wasted on funky presentations and planning and no actions and results?

There are some points that i want to explore infront of u.....
1.I was watching Geo and they were showing reports of rural areas of entire country where they are getting electricity for only 2-4 hours a day. Every indication shows that the situation is only being worse day by day.
2.The flour crisis has intensified as people facing hardships to buy the essential food item on increased price...the flour is being sold more then from then from its official rate...
3.People need things like food, energy, shelter, education, health and security to survive not the mobile phones and leased/financed motorcycles and cars. We have been hearing tall claims during last 5-6 years and I think we have a right to ask questions that where are the results? Whatever it is, some well known people have sure made a LOT of money during that time...
4.Blaming only on politicians would not be enough..We are all involved to put pakistan in this crises situation...We all have to put our effort to resolve these crises in pakistan.
5.I like to believe that things would be better in future. But just how, that I do not know. Somehow as a nation, we have to figure that out and quickly. Rigged or not so rigged elections take place every year but how it would bring any positive change in ordinary person’s life remains to be seen?
And further, pakistan is being threatend from the neighbour country now a days..so how we able to stop crises..it is just being increase day by day..We suppose to get some quick reaction to get rid of these crises and make our pakistan a peacefull country as our islam said.... May God bless pakistan....Amen

Some factrs that are clearly defined as dangerous for human being
1. pestisides residues
2. viruses
3. Residue in meats
4. Contamination of food by bacteria
5. Unhygienic condition outside home
6. Environmental pollutants
7. Genetically modified products
8. Food aditives
9. Animal welfare
10. Lack of education
11. Less community Participation
12. Industrial water
And on the contray people there are some personal factors that are being a caused of unhygienic factors. such as:

The objective of the study was determine factors that could motivate people to adopt safe hygienic practices. There were several key issues raised in the study which require appropriate strategic interventions.
These are factors that we need to apply in our life to make our society healthy and to remove diseases from our society.
